Conditions of Guarantee

This guarantee is applicable only if it is signed and completed prior to your Mattress Monster mattress being delivered. Otherwise your statutory rights still apply. Nothing in this guarantee effects your statutory rights. All mattress are given a 5 year guarantee against manufacturers defects. In the event of a fault occuring please contact us direct.

If you wish to return your Mattress Monster mattress you must notify us within 30 days of delivery by telephone, fax or email. This guarantee expires at midnight on the thirtieth day after delivery.

We will arrange to collect the mattress within our ordinary delivery schedule, ie we will offer a morning or afternoon slot on a weekday Monday – Friday. You must endeavour to have the mattress available for us to collect, however if we offer you three separate collection dates during which you are unable to allow us to collect the mattress this guarantee will become void and we will no longer be liable to collect the mattress or refund your money.

Refunds will be of the full amount paid and will include any amount paid for a delivery charge. Nothing will make us liable to refund more than the original purchase amount.

You will be provided with a mattress protector which must be used throughout the guarantee period. Mattresses being returned must be in a clean and sanitary condition and must not be soiled, stained or damaged in any way. You must retain the original bag to return the mattress in.

If you wish to exchange your mattress for an alternative Mattress Monster model you must pay any difference in price between the two models. Likewise we will refund the difference if the price is lower.

This guarantee only applies to the first Mattress Monster mattress supplied in any one transaction. If the mattress is exchanged then this guarantee does not apply to the exchanged mattress.
